Phil Simmons Reappointed West Indies Coach Three Years After Being Axed

Phil Simmons has again taken over the West Indies three years after being fired in controversial circumstances, Cricket West Indies announced Monday. In a statement, CWI said Simmons would be the head coach for the next four years.
